TTMT Claims Coordinators handle a crucial phase in our client's journey to communicate and live more independently. The Lead Claims Coordinators work alongside the Director of Claims to support the team's daily department needs and training. As a new TTMT'r, you’ll learn everything about our exclusive line of speech-generating devices and the clients we serve. Click to learn more about the Claims Coordinators role. 

The Lead Claims Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Answering team member questions
  • Onboarding and Training staff
  • Adminstrative department tasks
  • Conducting employee 1:1s

Key Skills:

  • Previous DME and/or insurance billing experience, required.
  • Commitment to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with excel and other tracking mechanisms.
