As an Intake Specialist with Talk To Me Technologies, you’ll be a crucial member of our ttmt360 team - ensuring the families we work with can stay focused on the ability to communicate again, or for the very first time, with the help of our technology. You will spend time learning about our speech-generating devices and the ttmt360 Service and Support process so you can:
- Receive and enter all paperwork into our customer relationship management software.
- Communicate and correspond with other team members regarding clarification as needed.
- Closely monitor the status of orders, notifying staff members as needed to activate the “next steps” in order fulfillment.
In Depth Training will be provided!
The right person for this role is able to work independently and communicate clearly. If you love being part of a team but can be content working independently - this might be the position for you!
