We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support our regulatory compliance efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring that our operations, policies, and procedures align with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and a passion for promoting ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the organization.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate internal audits and regulatory inspections; track and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including training, audits, and investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into daily operations.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related topics.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and advise leadership on potential impacts.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal support, or risk management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, The Joint Commission, CMS, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
