The Client Coordinator supports TTMT's sales process by ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients, their families, and internal departments. This role focuses on maintaining the highest level of customer service through precision, timeliness, and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Coordinate with clients, families, and support personnel to secure required paperwork for device rentals or purchases, following established procedures and timelines.
Documentation & Tracking:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM and departmental tracking systems to ensure efficient management of outstanding paperwork.
Process Knowledge:
Stay informed about paperwork requirements for various request types and ensure personal and departmental reference materials are current.
Collaboration & Meetings:
Actively participate in 1:1s, team meetings, and discussions on departmental improvements, bringing ideas to enhance efficiencies and resolve challenges.
Large-Scale Coordination:
Manage client coordination efforts for evaluation clinics or other large-scale projects as needed.
