Talk to Me Technologies is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team! This position provides support in maintaining company financial records. Responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase invoices and recording credit card expenditures
- Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to answer inquiries and resolve any issues with processing
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and investigating negative or outstanding balances
- Support administration team on implementation of Business Central ERP system
- Prioritizes workload while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Key Skills:
- Detail Oriented
- Strong Organization Skills
- Experience in Accounts Payable or Associate's Degree, preferred
- Experience with Business Central or ERP system, preferred
